At Berliner Properties, we build housing for communities that need it. We are a purpose-driven real estate development and investment firm focused on creating sustainable, high-quality multifamily housing across the Northeast.

Michael Berliner
Founder & Managing Partner
Michael Berliner has a proven track record in the successful development of new multifamily rental housing. Throughout his career, he has directed the development of over $375 million / 1,500 multifamily apartment units across New Jersey, Florida, and North Carolina. Michael possesses extensive expertise in all phases of the development life cycle, including deal sourcing and acquisition, design, zoning, capital financing, construction, asset management, and disposition. He holds a master's degree in Real Estate Development from New York University, where he graduated at the top of his class, and an undergraduate degree in Applied Mathematics and Statistics from The Johns Hopkins University. Michael is one of three brothers, and lives in Mendham, NJ with his wife Summer.
